TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following Terms and Conditions apply to your booking. They only take effect once you have accepted our proposal and paid for the tour. Any interactions before this point (such as receiving a tailor-made itinerary based on your choice of destinations) are non-binding and free of charge. We believe our terms are fair and transparent. Please review them carefully:

1. Cancellation Policy
Full refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure are at the discretion of Best of The Netherlands Tours. If granted, refunds will be issued to the account used for payment. For cancellations less than 48 hours before the tour start or in the event of a no-show, the full tour price will be charged. This is due to expenses incurred, such as vehicle reservations, guide bookings, and ticket purchases.

The same cancellation terms apply to bookings made less than 48 hours before the tour start.

2. Changes or Cancellations by Best of The Netherlands Tours
We reserve the right to cancel or alter itineraries due to extreme weather, availability issues, or other uncontrollable circumstances. In such cases, full refunds will be provided.

3. Liability and Responsibility
We are not liable for the actions or services of third-party contractors, their employees, or representatives. All itinerary times are approximate and subject to change. Customers participate in all activities at their own risk. Liability is limited to the tour price. We are not responsible for slight negligence, consequential damages, lost profits, or the loss, theft, or damage of personal items, cash, valuables, luggage, or equipment. Customers must have adequate health and accident insurance coverage.

4. Payment and Pricing
Tour prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include VAT. Payment is due at the time of accepting our proposal.

5. Data Collection
By booking, customers consent to the collection of personal data, such as names and credit card details, for the execution of services by Best of The Netherlands Tours.

6. Bookings by Third Parties
If bookings are made on behalf of others, the booking party is liable for payment and for ensuring all participants agree to these terms and conditions.

7. Additional Policies
Pets are not permitted, except for companion dogs for individuals with disabilities. Customers are required to wear seat belts during the tour.

8. Governing Law
Dutch law governs the relationship between the customer and Best of The Netherlands Tours, excluding conflict of law rules.
