Absolutely! Even within our categories, you have the flexibility to pick what interests you most. For example, you can decide between iconic landmarks or more serene, lesser-known spots.

How many destinations should I choose?
For a one-day tour, we recommend selecting three to four building blocks (from different categories). If you have more time, feel free to add additional destinations, and we’ll extend your journey over multiple days.
What happens after I submit my selections?
Once you’ve chosen your destinations, we’ll create a tailored itinerary and send it to you within 24 hours.
Can I customize the itinerary after receiving it?
Yes! You can either approve our proposal as is or tweak it to make it perfect.
What if I decide not to proceed with the proposal?
No problem! You’re under no obligation to accept the plan. However, we’d hate for you to miss out on an unforgettable experience.
How do I submit my selections?

Why isn’t Amsterdam included in the “Impressive Cities” category?
Most of our guests use Amsterdam as their base and prefer to explore this vibrant capital on their own. Our focus is on curating experiences and taking care of everything beyond the city, ensuring you discover the best of the Netherlands outside Amsterdam’s borders.
Where do your private tours start?
Our private tours can start anywhere in the Netherlands that suits you best. We specialize in creating fully tailor-made experiences, offering maximum flexibility to meet your preferences and needs.
When do the Terms and Conditions take effect?
The Terms and Conditions apply only after you have accepted our proposal and paid for the tour. Any interactions before this point, such as receiving a customized itinerary, are non-binding and free of charge.
What is your cancellation policy?
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure may qualify for a full refund at the discretion of Best of The Netherlands Tours. Refunds will be issued to the original payment account.
- For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour start or in the event of a no-show, the full tour price will be charged to cover incurred expenses such as vehicle reservations, guide bookings, and ticket purchases.
- The same terms apply to bookings made less than 48 hours before the tour start.
What happens if Best of The Netherlands Tours cancels or changes the tour?
We reserve the right to cancel or alter itineraries due to extreme weather, availability issues, or other uncontrollable circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
What are your liability and responsibility policies?
- We are not liable for the actions or services of third-party contractors, their employees, or representatives.
- All itinerary times are approximate and subject to change.
- Customers participate in activities at their own risk. Liability is limited to the tour price. We are not responsible for slight negligence, consequential damages, lost profits, or the loss, theft, or damage of personal items, cash, valuables, luggage, or equipment.
- Customers must ensure they have adequate health and accident insurance coverage.
How are tour prices quoted and paid?
Tour prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include VAT. Payment is required at the time of accepting our proposal.
How is my personal data used?
By booking a tour, you consent to the collection of personal data, such as names and credit card details, for the purpose of executing the services provided by Best of The Netherlands Tours.
Can someone else make a booking on my behalf?
Yes, but the person making the booking is responsible for payment and ensuring all participants agree to the Terms and Conditions.
Are pets allowed on the tour?
Pets are not permitted on the tour, except for companion dogs assisting individuals with disabilities.
Do customers need to wear seat belts during the tour?
Yes, customers are required to wear seat belts while on the tour for their safety.
What laws govern the Terms and Conditions?
